Just got these in yesterday and I have to say - this thing is way better than I expected. I've sold a lot of SUVs over the years, but I've never seen a tough off-roader that's also this cheap to run. I picked up a 2024 Jetour Traveler C-DM last week to test drive myself, took it camping up in the hills, and came back genuinely impressed.
I drove 210km round trip on pure electric alone, no petrol used at all - perfect for my daily commute and running errands around town. On the way back we hit some muddy forest roads and rocky trails, and the 4WD system just ate it up, no slipping, no drama. We even plugged a portable fridge and a BBQ into the 6.6kW power outlet in the back, had hot burgers and cold beers right there in the woods. Total range with a full tank and full battery is over 1300km, so you can drive from London to Edinburgh and back without stopping to refuel or charge.
It's got that cool boxy look everyone loves right now, way better looking than any boring family SUV. Inside it's simple and tough, no fancy touchscreens that break all the time. The back seats fold flat, we fit two full-size tents, three sleeping bags and all our camping gear no problem. Roof rails are already fitted, so you can throw a roof tent on top and go anywhere.
