As an upgraded trim variant, the new AION UT 530 CATL largely retains the current model's overall design. It features a clean, agile design language, paired with distinctive headlight units and a sealed-off front grille, delivering a rounder and fuller visual stance. Furthermore, the electric compact sedan introduces a brand-new exterior finish – **Mint Ice Green**.
Along the side profile, it comes with semi‑flush door handles and low‑drag wheels to help improve aerodynamic performance. The rear end also follows the clean‑cut styling, creating visual harmony with the front fascia. In terms of dimensions, the new car measures 4270 mm × 1850 mm × 1575 mm (length / width / height), with a wheelbase of 2750 mm. It is positioned as a compact sedan.

Inside the cabin, the AION UT features horizontal dashboard lines, paired with a floating central‑infotainment screen, a full‑digital instrument cluster and rounded‑rectangle air vents, delivering decent premium appeal. Notably, compared with existing trims on sale, the AION UT 530 CATL variant adds heated driver‑seat and trunk‑lamp, further boosting practicality.

Under the hood, the AION UT 530 CATL variant retains a front‑mounted single‑motor setup. The motor delivers a maximum power output of 100 kW and peak torque of 145 N·m.
For the battery pack, it is fitted with units supplied by CATL, granting a CLTC pure‑electric range of 530 km. The 30‑80% fast‑charging time stands at 0.4 hours, and it supports 3.3 kW V2L external discharge function. Full specifications of the new model will be officially released at the launch event.
