Routine Maintenance Inspection: This includes inspecting the exhaust system, fuel lines and connectors (for extended-range electric vehicles), range extender suspension bolts, range extender wiring harness, and various sensors. Maintenance is also required for the crankcase ventilation system, fuel tank, fuel evaporation pipe, fuel hoses, carbon canister, fuel filter, and air filter element.
Chassis and Body: Check the brake function, steering wheel and steering transmission mechanism, door locks, hinges, and stoppers (lubricate if necessary). Also check the brake pedal travel, brake lines (including vacuum assist), and the tightness of chassis and body underbody bolts and nuts. Additionally, check the front and rear shock absorbers, tire condition and pressure (rotate or balance the wheels if necessary), the electric power steering, driveshaft boot, front and rear brake discs and related components, wheel nuts, fluid levels, seat belt condition and function, wheel alignment, and maintain the vehicle's weather strips, stoppers, and anti-collision stickers.
Air Conditioning and Electronic Systems: This includes inspection and maintenance of the lighting and signaling systems, windshield washer system (including wipers and fluid reservoir), low-voltage battery, and air conditioning system.
Power Battery System: This includes inspection of the battery pack assembly, battery capacity, battery pack power cables, and battery pack mounting brackets, as well as battery surface cleaning and maintenance of the thermal shield (outside the battery pack).
Charging System: This includes inspection and maintenance of the slow-charging receptacle assembly, slow-charging plug assembly, fast-charging receptacle assembly, onboard charger assembly, and connectors.
High-Voltage Wiring Harness System: This includes inspection of the air conditioner PTC high-voltage wiring harness assembly, motor three-phase wiring assembly, charger high-voltage wiring harness assembly, and power battery high-voltage wiring harness assembly.
Drive Motor and Control System: This includes motor surface cleaning and connector inspection.
